JZ Structural, Inc. started in 2009. Our company provides structural design and seismic evaluation for both commercial and residential buildings. Design, analyze, and compose a safe and value engineered structure capable of resisting all the expected applied loads according to the Building Code.

Structural Inspection and Observation

Visual examination of the elements and connections of a building's structural system at significant stages of the construction phase. Structural visual inspection during the process of buying and selling a commercial building.
