JZ Structural, Inc. started in 2009. Our company provides structural design and seismic evaluation for both commercial and residential buildings. Our goal is to serve every client with mutual respect and provide superior service. We strive to provide high quality engineering work and to deliver within budget and on schedule.
Principal Engineer Wenbin aka Julian Zhuang
Wenbin Zhuang aka Julian is a registered Structural Engineer in the State of California with over 20 years of experience. Mr. Zhuang is proficient with structural software including ETABS, SAP, RISA, PERFORM 3D, ADAPT, SAFE, and RAM. He performed structural design and seismic evaluation/retrofit for a variety of buildings incorporating a wide range of structural materials and seismic resisting systems.

Mr. Zhuang received a master's degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Southern California and a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Los Angeles.
Office Manager
Ellen Luo
Ellen Luo is the office and finance manager. Ms. Luo handles the day to day operation of the company and makes sure the office runs smoothly. She also manages the preparation of the company's budget, creates financial transactions and creates financial reports. She also does marketing and prepare proposals and bidding for potential jobs.

Ms. Luo graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with an Applied Math degree. She is also a licensed realtor in the State of California with KW Execute and KW Commercial.
Associate Engineer
Milton Villavicencio
Milton Villavicencio is a structural engineer with experience and knowledge on the design of timber, steel and concrete buildings. He is proficient with structural software including Enercalc, Woodworks, Etabs, Ram, Risa and Autocad. He has worked on many residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Milton graduated with a Master’s degree in Structural Engineering from California State University Northridge. He got his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Nicaragua.
Associate Engineer
Yan Li
Yanping Li is a Structural Engineer with experience and knowledge of design of steel, concrete and wood buildings. She is proficient with softwares like Enercalc, SAFE, AutoCAD & RISA. She has worked on many residential, commercial and industrial projects including seismic retrofits.
Ms. Li has pursued a Master's degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from University of Hawaii at Manoa. She got her bachelor’s degree in Material Science & Engineering from China.

Daniel Zhang
Daniel Zhang is a Drafter with AutoCad, Adobe and Draftsight experiences.
